Performing action...1. Transfer2thealps offers shared and private transfer services. This means that you may be sharing a van with other clients arriving at a similar time. We do our best to accommodate flight delays where necessary. If your flight was delayed and waiting for you compromised our obligations to other clients, it may become necessary for us to leave the airport before your arrival. We would come back to get you but this may involve some waiting on your part. We would, of course, keep you informed at all times. Due to the flexible nature of shared transfers, we are unable to provide guaranteed pick-up times for those bookings. All bookings are entered as shared transfers unless a private transfer is specifically requested. Private transfers may attract additional charges and a minimum booking fee.
2. If you miss your flight you must contact us immediately on either Transfer2thealps Office number +33 (0)45090 12 21 or. Transfer2thealps Mobile number +33 (0)608526426. We will do our best to accommodate you on a transfer at the time of your new flight although you may be required to wait for our drivers to complete other bookings. In some circumstances the new arrangements will attract a further charge. We will notify you in advance of any further charges.
3. If your flight is cancelled or delayed, you must notify us immediately on either Transfer2thealps Office number +33 (0)45090 12 21 or. Transfer2thealps Mobile number +33 (0)608526426 for instructions. We will make every effort to accommodate your new arrangements although you may be required to wait for our drivers to complete other bookings. Please do not make alternative arrangements without consulting us first, as Transfer2thealps will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you, and in most cases, you will not be entitled to reimbursements for the transfers you have booked.
4. The confirmation fax or email is your ticket. This must be presented to the Transfer2thealps driver or Transfer2thealps representative for both the outward and return trip.
5. Customers must cancel the ticket by telephone. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the time of travel. In the event of a cancellation by the Customer, Transfer2thealps at its absolute discretion, may refund the money subject to a deduction of €10 per passenger administrative charge. Upon cancellation the Customer will be given a cancellation number. This number must be quoted in future correspondence with Transfer2thealps. Transfer2thealps reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time if it feels it will be unable to supply you with the service you have requested in a correct manner.
6. Our corporate partners may choose to be invoiced. All accounts must be settled as per the terms stated on the invoice.
7. You are responsible for the information you provide when making bookings. Please check your booking information carefully and ensure that it is correct. If you need to make any changes to your booking, please notify Transfer2thealps immediately by email or by telephone.
8. If you wish to change the address you provided for pick up/drop off in the resort you should do this by email no later than 48 hours prior to the date of travel. Any changes following confirmation of a booking will be subject to an administration charge of 10 euros.
9. Transfer2thealps reserves the right to change pick up times in the resort and undertakes to inform you or your resort representative by telephone call or sms.
10. All luggages must be clearly labelled with the owners name and address.
11. Transfer2thealps will take all reasonable care in loading luggage; however we accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. You are advised to check the terms of your travel insurance policy.
12. All passengers are limited to two items of luggage including a ski and snowboard bag. If you have excess baggage, please advise us at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge an excess baggage allowance of 10 Euros per item.
13. In the event of a passenger having excess luggage without giving prior notice, Transfer2thealps reserves the right to either: Charge the excess baggage allowance of 10 Euros per item; or Refuse to transport the items.
14. Smoking and Alcohol is forbidden in all our vehicles.
15. Transfer2thealps will not accept liability for missed flights or connections caused by road accidents, adverse weather conditions, or any other circumstances. Passengers are advised to check the terms of their travel insurance.
16. Seat belts must be worn by all passengers in all vehicles which are equipped accordingly. Passengers who choose not to wear their seat belts will not be covered by our insurance should the vehicle be involved in an accident.
17. In case of accident, the liability of Transfer2thealps is limited to the conditions of its insurance contract.
18. Our drivers have the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or any other passenger.
19. If you have a confirmed booking with Transfer2thealps and for any reason you do not utilise our service and do not provide us with at least 3 days notice of your cancellation, we reserve the right to recover full payment from you or your resort representative.
20. Payment is required at the time of a booking request. If Transfer2thealps is able to provide the service Transfer2thealps will then produce a confirmation of the details regarding the booking, by email. If Transfer2thealps is unable to provide the service a cancellation of the booking request will be sent by email. In instances where the transfer is considered last minute the cancellation will also be sent as an SMS. All payments will be refunded if we do not confirm your booking, with the exception of the credit card fee
